  • We specialize in high-quality artificial jewellery and imitation ornaments that blend traditional craftsmanship with modern trends.

2. Product Information

  • We strive to display accurate product details including design, size, color, and price.
  • Slight variations may occur due to photography, screen settings, or handmade craftsmanship.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are accepted via secure online methods (credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, net banking, etc.).
  • We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders & Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier service.
  • Customers will receive tracking details once the product is dispatched.
  • Orders are delivered in 5 -7 working days.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns are accepted within the 24 HRS of delivery, if the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • If the product is used by the user, unfortunately we won’t take it back.
  • Refunds/exchanges will be processed after quality checks.
  • As each piece of jewellery is made with care, we can only offer refunds if the item is found to be faulty. In some cases, we may offer an exchange for another piece.
  • Exchanges of the product will be delivered within 5 -7 working days
  • if refund is approved in any circumstances then the amount will be credited to the original payment methods with 7 -10 working days.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All images, designs, logos, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Bahurani Collection.
  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Bahurani Collection is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party courier services.
  • We are not liable for allergic reactions or damages caused by improper use of products.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh.

9. AGREEMENT

These terms and conditions set out the entire agreement between you and Bahurani in respect of the sale, purchase and use of the goods. They supersede any previous agreement or understanding in relation to the subject matter hereof. No variation of these terms and conditions are binding on us unless agreed by us in writing.
